engine-config -s "UserDefinedVMProperties=hostusb=^0x[0-9a-fA-F]{4}:0x[0-9a-fA-F]{4}$"

Select version of engine. Restart ovirt-engine.

VM settings

Add custom key 'usbhost', in field define VendorID and ProductID like 0xHHHH:0xHHHH.
